SpinnrTech Limited is a vision created by our CEO Richard Hogg who having worked in Hong Kong for 7 years before moving back to the UK in 2000 basing himself in London. Having been involved in multiple industries, including tech and charity work, Richard saw an opportunity to bring skill sets together.
Projects have ranged from private investment, and company sale advise to taking companies to listed status on various markets across UK and Australasia.
Asian entities need to have access to good business services and advice outside of Asia and in Europe. SpinnrTech is able to provide this knowledge and advise to ensure Asian entities are able to flourish in a localised landscape.

Richard is a founding director at SpinnrTech. He is a tech industry veteran whose career in the sector has spanned three decades and three continents. He launched a number of successful products in Asia before developing new brands in the UK based on those successes in the early 00’s. He has previously worked in both the B2B and B2C sectors across Europe including setting up tech hubs in Romania and Estonia. Richard founded SpinnrTech in 2021.
Peter has over 15 years in finance across Asia and Europe. He qualified in the UK and has represented both corporates and high net worth family offices during his career.
He brings with him an impressive client portfolio and will manage the finances across the Group. He is fluent in Mandarin and English.
Chao has over 10 years of experience in the igaming industry. He has worked as a technical architect and senior developer at Playtech. Over the years he has developed many of the most popular slot games on the market, as well as developing the architecture of slot games and generating significant financial returns for his former employers. At this stage, he is responsible for the aggregation platform Bridge and has worked seamlessly with many well-known game providers at this stage.
Previously, Bo was the Head of Maths at Playtech and Senior Producer at Roxor Gaming/Gamesys. Bo has 20 years of iGaming experience managing large groups of product managers, software developers and mathematicians. Under his management, he lets each team and its members decide for themselves how best to accomplish the product goals, according to their own methods.

Peter co-founded and acted as strategic thought leader for a virtual multi-family office with asset under management in excess of US$600M. Having established and executed investment decisions across global asset classes particularly stock, private equity, venture capital, blockchain and cryptocurrency, Peter has over 15 years of financial and operational experience from both private and public companies.
He has invested in four fast-growing, early and growth stage tech companies (Applicaster, Guesty, Bizzabo and Similarweb), resulting 1 IPO. He also advises hedge funds, family offices and institutional investors to manage and trade physical art as a digital form of ownership certificate (NFT).
